• TradingView indicators and signals
• Trading dashboard and journal tools
• Educational content and market analysis
• AutoTrader features and supported broker/platform account connectivity through OAuth or API integrations
• Account-linked dashboards that may display balances, positions, orders, and other account data when available from authorized integrations
• Customer support and community access

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our website you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not share your account access with others
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Comply with all broker, exchange, prop firm, and third-party platform rules that apply to your accounts and trading activity
• Review and verify your account connection status, permissions, product settings, order sizing, and risk parameters before enabling any automated execution feature
• Monitor your accounts and open positions when using alerts, signals, or automation features
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our indicators

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months except as required by law or our 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, indicators, algorithms, and materials provided through our website are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our indicators or content
• Reverse engineer our algorithms or trading systems
• Use our content for commercial purposes without permission
• Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices

6. Automated Trading, Broker API Connectivity, and OAuth Authorization

Certain features may allow you to connect supported broker or trading platform accounts using OAuth and/or other API-based methods and, if enabled by you, to route automated trade actions through those integrations ("AutoTrader Features").

• By connecting a broker account, you authorize us to access the account information and permissions you approve through the applicable broker/platform integration
• By enabling AutoTrader Features, you authorize our software to submit, modify, and/or cancel orders on your behalf within the scope of your enabled settings and the permissions granted
• You are solely responsible for deciding whether to enable automation, which accounts to connect, the size/risk parameters used, and whether the configuration is appropriate for your circumstances
• You remain solely responsible for all trading activity in your account, including losses, fees, margin calls, liquidations, rejects, and compliance with applicable broker/exchange/prop firm rules
• We are not your broker, futures commission merchant, exchange, introducing broker, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or discretionary account manager; we provide software tools and related services
• Availability and behavior of connected features may depend on third-party broker/platform systems, APIs, permissions, market data subscriptions, and network/infrastructure availability
• You may disconnect or revoke API/OAuth access at any time through our platform (when available) and/or the third-party provider, subject to our rights to retain records as described in our Privacy Policy and as required by law

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Our indicators, signals, automation tools, and platform features are provided for software/educational/informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

• We do not guarantee profits, fills, execution quality, uptime, or trading success
• All trading decisions and account authorizations are your responsibility
• You should never risk more than you can afford to lose
• Automation and API-based trading may experience delays, missed signals, duplicate actions, rejected orders, partial fills, slippage, connectivity failures, broker outages, exchange outages, or data discrepancies
• Consider consulting with qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals before trading or enabling automation

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elev8+ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, loss of data, order execution errors, delayed execution, missed trades, duplicate trades, rejected orders, or losses arising from broker/platform/API outages, interruptions, or third-party system failures.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account, your access to specific features, and/or your AutoTrader or broker-connection functionality at any time for violation of these terms, risk/compliance concerns, suspected abuse, third-party platform requirements, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the affected services will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
